We build only with high quality standards. This allows us to guarantee the quality of the building to certain extend:

• foundation and super structure (10 years)
• basic construction as walls, floors and roof (5 years)
• finishing material (1 year)
• all installations like kitchen, bathrooms, swimming pool equipment etc (1 year).

Our guarantee means that we fix any problem that occurs within the guarantee period without any costs for the owner.

Exceptions

Excluded from guarantees are deteriations of finishing materials caused by the influences of the Baline climate in the combination of temparature, humidity, sunshine wind and rain.
